MOLCHANY, Erin C., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pa., June 13, 1977; graduated, Parkland High School, 1995; B.A., journalism, Duquesne University, 1999; employed, emergency services department, American Red Cross; chief executive, Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project; member, Allegheny County Democratic Committee (2006-2010); judge of elections, Allegheny County (2009-2012); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ 22nd Legislative District in 2012; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the  Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ 36th Legislative District (2014); appointed, Southwest Director, Office of the Governor (2015-2022); senior advisor, government relations, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (2023-present).
