WALSH, James Francis, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, July 25, 1898 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; attended, Roman Catholic High School, attended, Temple University Evening School; attended, St. Joseph’s College (now St. Joseph's University); served, United States Army (1918, World War I); employed, real estate department, Girard Trust Company; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936); reelected to the House to serve the 1939 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1941 term; died, July 6, 1966 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
