WAGNER, Kenneth H., a representative from Somerset County; born in Stonycreek Township, Cambria County, Pa., June 1, 1901; elected, Justice of Peace, Stonycreek Township (1923-1939); agent, Pennsylvania National Insurance Group (1931-1944); appointed, register of wills and clerk of Orphan’s Court, Somerset County (1939-1940); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1941 term and reelected to serve the 1943, 1945, 1947 and 1949 terms; appointed, Joint State Government Commission Sub-Committee on Cooperatives (1945-1946); appointed, Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Agencies (1947-1948); not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1951 term; director (1945-1950), vice president (1951-1956), president (1957-1966), Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Fire Insurance Companies; died, May 20, 1966 in Stoystown, Somerset County, Pennsylvania;  interred, Buckstown Cemetery, Buckstown, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
