WAGNER, Charles B., a Representative from Washington County; born, June 15, 1877 in Covington, Kenton County, Ky.; attended, Scranton Correspondence School; founder and head, Wagner Organization Service Bureau; public lecturer; engaged, advertising business; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat for the 1933 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1934); died, February 20, 1940 in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
