Brown, Philadelphia Municipal Court; engaged, real estate business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1939 and 1941 terms; resigned from the House, February 14, 1942; died, September 19, 1992 in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida; interred, Cedar Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum, Newburgh, Orange County, New York.
