TULLI, Frank, Jr. “Chick,” a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Hershey, Dauphin County, Pa., October 29, 1944; graduated, Hershey High School, 1962; B.A., Lebanon Valley College, 1966; M.S., Temple University, 1969; shoe retailer; educator; chair, Hershey Public Library; unsuccessful campaign for Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1988); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1991 term and served 5 consecutive terms thereafter; nominated for reelection (2002); appointed, board, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) (1991-2002); senior analyst, Greenlee Partners (2003-present).
