McNAUGHTON, Mark S., a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pa., May 7, 1963; graduated, Central Dauphin East High School, 1981; B.S. management and finance, Elizabethtown College, 1985; attended, The Pennsylvania State University; attended, Widener School of Law, 2003; member, Dauphin County Farmland Preservation Board; member, Dauphin County Parks and Recreation Board; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1996; reelected to 4 more consecutive terms; appointed, board, Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing (2003-2006); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2006); land development manager, McNaughton Homes.
