Co., Wholesale Grocers (1912-1933); treasurer and director, Atlantic Steel Castings Company (1915-1975); investment and insurance broker, Janney Montgomery Scott, Inc. (1929-1974); elected, commissioner, Nether Providence Township (1932-1948); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1935 term and reelected to serve the 1937 and 1947 terms; appointed, Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Agencies (1947-1948); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1938, 1948); died, November 25, 1980 in Nether Providence Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
