RUBY, James Kenneth, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, September 29, 1899 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, The Pennsylvania State (University) College, 1921; attended, Cornell University; graduated, University of Pittsburgh Law School, 1927; teacher, Reynoldsville and McKeesport High Schools; lawyer; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1932; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1934); died, May 26, 1981 in Pennsylvania; interred, McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery, McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
