Dortch," United States Navy (1942-1946, World War II); agent, Mutual Life Insurance Co. of New York; owner, retail sporting goods store; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1947 and 1949 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1951 term; professor; died, June 12, 2010 in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
