PIOLE, Joseph F., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa. on March 5, 1893; served, United States Naval Reserves (World War I); printing pressman; school director; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1934 and 1936; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House in the 1938 General election; special investigator, Department of Claims and Investigation, Allegheny County (26 years); died, January 10, 1978 in Shaler, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
