O’ROURKE, John M., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, March 30, 1891 in Steubenville, Jefferson County, Oh.; attended, Allegheny County public schools; clerk, Pittsburgh Terminal Coal Company; elected, justice of the peace, Snowden Township (3 terms); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1932; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1934); died, October 23, 1935 in Broughton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
