MOONEY, Thomas P., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, August 8, 1870 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; served, Red Cross Relief Committee (World War I); glass worker; chairman, 6th Ward Democratic Committee (14 years); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1935 term and served 6 consecutive terms thereafter; died while in office, December 12, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
