McNALLY, Thomas V., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, February 26, 1895 in Ireland; served, United States Merchant Marines; served, Civil Air Patrol; supervisor, prothonotary office, Allegheny County; congressional secretary; clerk, Pennsylvnia Court of Common Pleas, Allegheny County; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1945, 1949 and 1951 terms; unsuccessful campaigns for reelection to the House for the 1947 and 1953 terms; tipstaff, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Allegheny County; died, April 27, 1962 in Scott Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
