LYNCH, William Marshall, a Representative from Fulton County; born in Gapsville, Fulton County, Pa., July 14, 1894; educated in the public schools; rustic furniture manufacturer; elected, auditor, Crystal Spring Township; justice of the peace; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to serve the 1933 and 1935 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1937 term; chief assistant sergeant-at-arms, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1941-1944); died, June 17, 1960 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania; interred, McKendree Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery, Crystal Spring, Fulton County, Pennsylvania.
