LOPEZ, Frank, Sr., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, December 16, 1896 in Pietrafitta, Cosenzo, Italy; graduated, Pennsylvania School of Industrial Art; outdoor advertising painter; manufacturer, neon electric signs; member, 48th Ward Executive Committee (chair, 1934-1938); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1945 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1947 term; died, 1975 in Berlin, Camden County, New Jersey; interred, Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
