LEYDIC, Kenneth L., a Representative from Allegheny County; born on September 21, 1893; A.B., Washington and Jefferson College; LL.B., Harvard Law School; served, United States Army (1918-1919, World War I); attorney; Special Assistant Attorney General, Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General (1932-1935); chair, Tarentum Borough Republican Committee (1935-1939); elected, justice of the peace (1938-1944); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1938; reelected and served 2 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1944); died, October 12, 1983 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Prospect Cemetery, Brackenridge, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
