GOOD, Elwood Mansfield, a Representative from Northampton County; born in Mt. Bethel Township, Northampton County, Pa., September 23, 1906; graduated, Belvidere High School, 1924; auto mechanic; farmer; tax collector, Lower Mt. Bethel Township; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1949 and 1951 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1953 term; librarian and custodian, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1953-1965); died, August 3, 1973 in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania; interred, Flicksville Cemetery, Flicksville, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
