FOX, Ira Mansel, a Representative from Forest County; born in Callensburg, Clarion County, Pa., August 23, 1871; attended, International Correspondence School; employed, Kreitler Lumber Company (8 years); superintendent, Wheeler and Dusenbury Lumber Company (1909-1936); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1919 and 1921 terms; elected, treasurer, Forest County (4 years); elected, auditor, Forest County (1946-1947); reelected to the House for the 1949 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1922, 1950); died, November 23, 1961 in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida; interred at Methodist Church East Hickory Cemetery, Forest County, Pennsylvania.
