FLYNN, Edward M., a Representative from Sullivan County; born in Laporte, Sullivan County, Pa., April 12, 1903; graduated, Laporte High School; lumberman; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1941 and 1943 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1945 term; elected, commissioner, Sullivan County (1972); died, April 10, 1972 in Laporte, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laporte, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.
