GANNON, Thomas P., a Representative from Delaware County; born, May 5, 1943 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Cardinal Dougherty High School; B.A., Temple University, 1968; J.D., Delaware Law School of Widener College, 1976; attorney; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1978; reelected to serve 13 consecutive terms thereafter; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2006); independent government affairs consultant; died, January 10, 2021 in Upland, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; interred, Our Lady of Peace Church, Millmont Park, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
