FEOLA, Joseph J., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., February 4, 1894; served, Company B, 109th Infantry, 29th Division, United States Army (World War I); employed, Philadelphia city (1925-1947); appointed, local receiver of taxes, Philadelphia (1928); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives by Special Election on September 14, 1943; Sworn-In, February 10, 1944 to serve the remaining 1943 term; reelected to the House to serve the 1947 term; appointed, Joint Legislative Committee on Industrial Development and Expansion (1947-1948); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1944, 1948, 1950); died, May 15, 1968.
