LYNCH, James C., a Representative from Forest, McKean, and Warren Counties; born in Tidioute, Warren County, Pa., September 5, 1946; graduated, Sharon High School, 1964; B.S., business administration, Youngstown State University, 1973; corporal, United States Army (1966-1969); financial analysis manager, Struthers Wells Corporation; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1992; reelected to serve 5 more consecutive terms; appointed, Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee (1995-2004); appointed, chair, Task Force on Commonwealth-Owned Lands (2002); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2004).
