DUBBS, Henry M., Jr., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, December 17, 1895 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Central High School, 1914; B.A., Princeton University, 1918; LL.B., University of Pennsylvania Law School, 1921; attorney (45 years); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1939 term; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1942); deputy clerk, Quarter Sessions Court, Philadelphia; died, September 1, 1969 in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
