DICK, Joseph Russell, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Wilmerding, Allegheny County, Pa., January 18, 1893; graduated, Union High School; B.S., University of Pittsburgh; served, United States Army (World War I); general manager, Carlson Advertising Agency; elected, council, Wilmerding; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1939 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House fior the 1941 term; died, August 26, 1973 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
