CLEARWATER, Alfred K., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Wilcox, Elk County, Pa., March 17, 1897; graduated, Wilcox High School; graduated, Mercersburg Academy; paper salesman; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1939 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1941 term; died, March 21, 1954 in Pennsylvania; interred, Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
