CAREY, Patrick Joachim, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, May 24, 1884 in Cloonmore, County Mayo, Ireland; graduated, Temple University Evening School; proprietor, taproom; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1933 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1935 term; died, November 13, 1956 in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
