Leo, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, December 30, 1908 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Roman Catholic High School; graduated, Temple University; general contractor; member, 10th Ward Democratic Executive Committee; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936) and served 1 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1939 term; speaker's clerk, Office of Speaker Elmer Kilroy, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1941-1942); unscuccessful campaign, recorder of deeds, Philadelphia County (1943).
