BURROWS, Charles R., a Representative from Northumberland County; born in Bradford, McKean County, Pa., May 28, 1905; graduated, Dewart High School; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936) and served 1 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1939 term; died, August 29, 1963 in Watsontown, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Watsontown Cemetery, Watsontown, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.
