BOMBERGER, Walter L., a Representative from Lancaster County; born in Manheim, Lancaster County, Pa., August 3, 1908; graduated, Manheim High School; attended, The Pennsylvania State (University) College; proprietor, Bombergers Insurance Agency; engaged, real estate business; secretary, Manheim; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives by Special Election on November 4, 1947; Sworn-In, November 25, 1947 to serve the remaining 1947 term; reelected to the House for 3 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1955 term; died, December 28, 1967 in Elizabeth Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, Manheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
