BALDI, Charles Carmine Antonio, Jr., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, December 16, 1890 in Manayunk, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Boys Central High School, 1910; attended, University of Pennsylvania; elected, common council, Philadelphia (1914-1916); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1917 term; reelected to serve 9 consecutive terms thereafter; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1936); died, February 5, 1962 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
