ALTENBURG, Floyd G., a Representative from Crawford County; born in Troy Township, Crawford County, Pa., June 10, 1871; attended, Northwest State Normal School (now Pennsylvania Western University, Edinboro); teacher; clerk to the commissioners, Crawford County (1912-1936); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1935 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1937 term; died, October 13, 1937 in Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Greenlawn Cemetery, Townville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.
