REINARD, Roy, a Representative from Bucks County; born in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., November 23, 1954; graduated, Council Rock High School; B.S., political science and education, West Chester State College (now West Chester University of Pennsylvania), 1977; Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC); former instructor, Montgomery County Community College; auditor, Northampton Township (1982); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1982; reelected to 9 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 2003 term; appointed, board, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) (2003-2022); owner, Reinard Insurance Agency.
