WYND WALLACE, Elizabeth Emily Steele, a Representative from Wyoming County; born in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pa., February 16, 1914; graduated, Tunkhannock High School; graduted, Dean School of Business, Wyoming Seminary, 1933; law secretary; county reporter; deputy treasurer, Wyoming County; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election on May 16, 1961 to serve the remaining 1961 term; Sworn-In, June 5, 1961 and served 2 more consecutive terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1967 term; died, January 24, 1974 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
