WILLIAMS, Evan S., a Representative from Bradford County; born in Mainesburg, Sullivan County, Pa., February 15, 1922; A.B., Cornell University, 1943; LL.B., Cornell University, 1947; bomber pilot, Air Corps, United States Army (1943-1945, World War II); lawyer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1959 term and served 4 more consecutive terms; resigned from the House, December 31, 1967; elected, president judge, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Bradford County (1968-1984); died, April 4, 2005 in Troy, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Glenwood Cemetery, Troy, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
