O’DONNELL, James A., a Representative from Northampton County; born in Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pa., June 3, 1903; graduated, Broughal High School; attended, The Pennsylvania State College Extension School; plumbing and heating contractor; elected, delegate, Democratic National Convention (1956); court tipstaff, Northampton County (1957-1958); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1959 term and served 3 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House to the 1967 term; died, March 29, 1973 in Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
