McINROY, Harry Reed, a Representative from Tioga County; born in Middlebury Center, Tioga County, Pa., February 9, 1898; graduated, Wellsboro High School; graduated, Mansfield Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania); graduated, Dickinson School of Law (now Penn State Dickinson Law); attended, University of Pennsylvania; attended, Bucknell University; teacher, principal (22 years); employed by New York Central Railroad; elected, council, Westfield; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1951 term and served 5 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1963 term; died, December 2, 1967 in Westfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania; interred, Wellsboro Cemetery, Wellsboro, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
