LUIGARD, Charles F., a Representative from Berks County; born in Oberlin, Dauphin County, Pa., July 6, 1910; graduated, Slatington High School; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1959 and 1961 terms; died, December 30, 1960 before taking the oath of office for the 1961 term, in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
