KRADEL, John Frederick, a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, Millvale, Allegheny County, Pa. on December 8, 1931; graduated, Ligonier High School; A.B., University of Pittsburgh, 1953; LL.B., Dickinson School of Law (now Penn State Dickinson Law), 1958; captain, United States Army Reserves; served, Korean Military Advisory Group (1953-1955); attorney-at-law; solicitor, Ligonier Township, Fairfield Township, Seward Borough council, Ligonier Valley School District, and Ligonier Valley School District Authority; member, executive committee, Westmoreland County Young Democrats; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1964; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1966); Assistant District Attorney, Westmoreland County; died, October 4, 2011 in Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
