KOVOLENKO, William, a Representative from Beaver County; born in Aliquippa, Beaver County, Pa., March 23, 1920; served, Signal Corps, United States Army (1942-1945, World War II); steelworker; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1958; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1960 General election; unsuccessful campaign, United States Congress (1974, 1980); died, July 6, 1995.
