KELLER, Marvin V., a Representative from Bucks County; born in Langhorne, Bucks County, Pa., September 19, 1906; graduated, Rider College; building contractor; director, Newtown Title & Trust Company; director, Langhorne Federal Savings and Loan Association; elected, treasurer, Newtown Borough School District (1940-1966); elected, register of wills, Bucks County (1944-1948); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1949 term and served 4 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1958); elected, Pennsylvania State Senate (1959-1970); appointed, Commission on Interstate Cooperation (1963-1966); appointed, Local Government Commission (1963-1970; chair, 1967-1970); elected, delegate, Republican National Convention (1964); elected, delegate, Pennsylvania Constitutional Convention (1967-1968); died, October 20, 1976 in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
