CAPITOLO, Vincent., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in New York, June 28, 1908; graduated, James Wilson Central High School; attended, Drexel (University) Institute of Technology; employed, Pennsylvanid Department of Highways (1935-1939); district manager, public relations firm; design and layout draftsman; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to serve the 1959, 1961 and 1963 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1965 term; elected, alternate delegate, Democratic National Convention (1964); died in October of 1975.
