CALDWELL, Thomas D., Jr., a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pa., October 24, 1928; graduated, William Penn High School; B.A., Dickinson College; LL.B, Dickinson College School of Law (now Penn State Dickinson Law); served, United States Army (1952-1954); attorney; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1965 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1966 General election; died, December 21, 2001; interred, Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
