Patrick, a Representative from Bucks County; born in Freeland, Luzerne County, Pa., March 17, 1922; graduated, Hazelton High School; B.A., The Pennsylvania State University, 1944; served, United States Army; auditor, Borough of Tullytown; Democratic Committeeman; manufacturer’s representative; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1955 and 1957 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1959 term; statistician, Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry; died, February 18, 2002 in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania; interred, St. Paul’s Methodist Cemetery, Butler Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
