BREISCH, Wayne M., a Representative from Schuylkill County; born in Union Township, Schuylkill County, Pa., April 26, 1900; attended, Ringtown High School; attended, State College High School; B.S., agriculture, The Pennsylvania State University; farmer; Union Township Republican Committee (1926-1964); member, Schuylkill County Republican Executive Committee (1926-1940, 1942-1958, 1962); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1945 term; reelected to serve 6 more consecutive terms; appointed, Joint State Government Commission (1955-1956); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1959 term; reelected to the House for the 1963 term; died, January 17, 1978 in North Wales, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint John’s Cemetery, Ringtown, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
