BARNATOVICH, Anthony J., a Representative from Sullivan County; born in Mildred, Sullivan County, Pa., June 19, 1920; attended, South Side High School, Elmira, NY; machinist, Construction Battalion, Trinidad, United States Navy (1943-1945, World War II); machinist; accountant; owner, Sulco Distributors (beverages); liquid fuels auditor, Office of Pennsylvania Auditor General; member, Sullivan County Democratic Committee; school director, Turnpike High School System; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1955 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1957 term; died, January 4, 2009 in Laporte, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania; interred at St. Francis of Assissi Cemetery, Mildred, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.
