HETRICK (HETRICH), Christian, a Representative from York County; born, February 2, 1765 in York County, Pa.; brigadier general, 1st Brigade, 5th Division, Pennsylvania Milita (1811-1815, War of 1812); hotelier; merchant; farmer; elected, tax commissioner, York County (1806-1808); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1822-1823, 1823-1824, 1824-1825, 1825-1826 and the 1826-1827 terms; died, April 23, 1827 in Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Jacobs Stone Church Cemetery, Glenville, York County, Pennsylvania.
