HARSHE, John, a Representative from Beaver County; born, 1779 in Pennsylvania; schoolteacher; minister; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1835-1836, 1836-1837 and 1837-1838 terms; died, February 6, 1857 in Beaver County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hanover Church Cemetery, Harshaville, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
