STINSON, Robert, a Representative from Montgomery County; born, May 6, 1787 in Bucks County, Pa.; farmer; elected as an Anti-Mason to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1835-1836 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1836); appointed, justice of the peace, Norriton Township; died, June 26, 1854 in New York; interred, Lower Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Eagleville, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
