SELLERS, Dr. Tobias, a Representative from Montgomery County; born, September 19, 1781 in Pennsylvania; druggist; elected as a Democratic-Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1815-1816 and 1816-1817 terms; reelected to the House as a Democrat to the 1817-1817 term; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Upper Hanover (1832-1843); elected, delegate, Pennsylvania Constitutional Convention (1837-1838); died, November 2, 1862 in Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Pottstown Cemetery, Pottstown, Mongomery County, Pennsylvania.
